This policy explains how Nhance Investment Holding Pte. Ltd. ("SeenByAI", "we", "us"), a company registered in Singapore (UEN 202534047N), collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
The report itself is based on public information about your business (for example your Google Business Profile, website and public listings), and on answers from AI tools.
By completing checkout, you consent to us using your personal data for these purposes. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us; if you do, we may not be able to complete an order in progress.
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run SeenByAI, and only as needed:

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. To see which ads bring visitors and orders, our pages use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and similar ad-measurement cookies. When you visit, the Pixel tells Meta that a page was viewed, and our thank-you page also tells Meta that an order was made (with the order value). Meta may connect this with your Facebook or Instagram account, under Meta's privacy policy. We do not send Meta your email address, business details or report contents, and we do not sell your data.
How to opt out: change your ad settings in Facebook ad preferences (or Accounts Centre > Ad preferences in the Facebook or Instagram app), and/or block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies does not stop the site or checkout from working.
Some of these providers store or process data outside Singapore: our website and email are hosted by ServerFreak in Malaysia, Stripe stores and processes payment and checkout data in its own data centres, including in the United States, and Meta processes ad-measurement data in its own data centres, including in the United States. Where we transfer personal data overseas, we take steps to ensure it receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA, such as using providers bound by appropriate contractual terms.
We keep order details and reports for 2 years after delivery so we can answer follow-up questions and run re-checks, and payment and invoice records for as long as required by law (in Singapore, generally 5 years). After that we delete or anonymise them.
We use reasonable security measures, including HTTPS on our website, access limited to people who need it, and strong passwords with two-factor authentication on our accounts. If a data breach is likely to cause you significant harm, we will notify you and the PDPC as the PDPA requires.
You can ask to access the personal data we hold about you, ask how it has been used or disclosed in the past year, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent. Email us and we will respond as soon as reasonably possible, within the time frames set by the PDPA. We may charge a reasonable fee for access requests, and we will tell you the fee before we proceed.
